Proposal & onboarding

We'll then send you a tailored proposal outlining our recommendations and the best package for your business. Once you're ready to get started, we'll take care of the onboarding process, including your contract, invoice, and welcome pack. You'll also receive access to your Notion Client Portal, your dedicated hub for everything related to your social media marketing.

Strategy & planning

Now it's over to us! We'll research your industry, analyse your competitors, and develop a bespoke strategy designed around your business. This includes content pillars, posting schedule, Goals & KPIs, brand direction & growth strategy.

Content creation

This is where your brand starts coming to life. Whether we're filming on-site, photographing your products, designing graphics, or creating reels, every piece of content is created with your audience in mind. You'll receive content that's engaging, professional, and aligned with your strategy.

Review & launch

Before anything goes live, you'll have the opportunity to review and approve your content. Once approved, we'll schedule and publish everything across your platforms, ensuring your social media stays consistent and active.

Monitor, optimise & grow
